Afterwards, multiple contractor proposals will be submitted for approval before any work begins. Once the project is underway, KJDW will act as the main point of contact until completion. Staging does not have to be costly. Most of the time we can suggest slight modifications and work with your existing furnishings. However; if furniture is needed to fill a space, KJ Deign Works has a large inventory of furnishings that can be used for a minimal fee.
